This modern farmhouse is a demolition, renovation and addition project all in one. The existing structure [a small dilapidated bungalow] was in need of some major TLC. With working with the budget and code compliant issues the decision was made to demolish part of the home and re-work and re-design the home on a large lot.

The new design is an entertainers dream. It's a large open concept space with great sightlines throughout the main living space. We converted part of the existing home to a now a new oversized insulated Garage and Mudroom/Laundry Room. The warm materials and light/dark contrast of the exterior welcomes you home every time you pull in the driveway.
