This modern farmhouse will 'wow' when first walk in the door. The soaring ceiling heights, the large open concept floor plan, huge gourmet kitchen and the unique crosswalk concept we created to the 2nd floor bedrooms will keep you admiring the home everywhere you look. The design is also very functional for a growing family with lots of activities on the go. A separate rec space for the kids and a office/workout nook designed off the kitchen to ensure the kids actually do their homework.

Due to extra space requirements for the growing family, we designed a matching secondary garage for extra vehicles and the 'toys' for all the outdoor fun that can be had around the property.
