Bradley Homes branched out of Barrie to have it's first major development in Innisifil. Developing in a key area on Innisfil Beach Road, this development help to bring in local business, major shops and grow the area in a big way, especially commuters travelling to Toronto.

The development started the long lasting relationship with Bradley Homes. It includes several different Single Units varying in size, Modifications of Existing Models to meet new Standards as well as a few custom designs which created a warm & welcoming community.
