Another project in Blue Mountain. Another beautiful setting. This chalet was looking for a little TLC. The client was looking for a clean, contemporary aesthetic as well as adding more glass to bring in all the natural light while taking in the view. The 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom chalet was designed with a great open concept main floor, which is ideal for hosting. Expanding the rear deck [which includes partial coverage] allows the owners to take in the surrounding nature on those warm summer nights. Utilizing the character of the original cabin, with the open beams and vaulted ceiling, the updates we explored brought the chalet back to life.
